Wabash National® Adds New Dealer Prime Trailer

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – June 19, 2014 – Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC), a diversified industrial manufacturer and North America's leading producer of semi-trailers and liquid transportation systems, today announced the addition of Prime Trailer to its dealer network.

Prime Trailer is authorized to sell and service Wabash National dry van trailers, refrigerated trailers, and Transcraft and Benson brand platform trailers in Utah and Nevada.

Prime Trailer, which initially began business in the rental and leasing of semi-trailers, has more than 30 years of experience in the semi-trailer business and the transportation industry. With the acquisition of OnRamp Trailer Services, LLC in May 2014, Prime Trailer became a full-service semi-trailer business with plans to offer a new fleet trailer leasing program.
