Supreme Truck Body Flat Floor Now Available on Ford Transit Chassis

2019 Supreme Iner-City Ford Transit Truck Body

LAFAYETTE, Ind. – September 5, 2018 – Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC), a leading producer of truck bodies, semi-trailers and liquid transportation equipment, today announced a flat floor option will be available on 2019 Supreme Iner-City Ford Transit truck bodies.

This popular upgrade has no wheel boxes, making for easier cargo loading and unloading. Other standards and options remain, such as DuraPlate® composite sidewalls for lightweight durability and a cab-access door for convenient entry to the cargo space without needing to step outside.

The Supreme Iner-City Ford Transit, known for its tight turning radius, is popular among customers who require optimal maneuverability. Supreme combines these features to create a lightweight and nimble small truck suitable for delivery, construction and rental fleet use.

“Our team is committed to delivering reliable solutions to our customers,” said Mike Pettit, group president, Final Mile Products. “The collaborative relationships we have with both the chassis manufacturers and our customers allow us to build products that help our customers be more productive.”

Supreme will carry the 2019 Transit chassis in its pool inventory starting in Q4 of 2018. Orders can be placed with Supreme representatives now. Visit supremecorp.com to learn more.
