Celadon Group and Wabash National to Co-Host Investor Event May 7-8, 2013

INDIANAPOLIS, IN and LAFAYETTE, IN – April 4, 2013 – Celadon Group Inc. (NYSE: CGI) and Wabash National Corporation (NYSE: WNC) today announced that the companies will co-host a two-day investor event for institutional investors and analysts on May 7-8, 2013. As leading organizations in their respective transportation segments, the joint investor event will provide an in-depth look at the transportation and trailer industries, in addition to the key corporate initiatives from each company.

The Celadon Group Analyst / Investor day will begin on May 7th, 11:30 AM EST at Celadon Group headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. Attendees will be provided with a facility tour, which will include a comprehensive look at equipment and technological improvements, as well as presentations from members of Celadon Group management.

The Wabash National Analyst / Investor day will begin on May 8th, 8:00 AM EST at Wabash National’s Ehrlich Innovation Center located in Lafayette, IN. Attendees will be provided with a tour of Lafayette manufacturing operations, including product displays and presentations by members of Wabash National’s Executive Team on key growth and diversification initiatives.

Celadon and Wabash National will co-host a group dinner on Tuesday evening which will include a commercial vehicle outlook presentation from Kenny Vieth, President and Senior Analyst, of ACT Research.
